Monique Pong is a Hong Kong–based music educator, pianist, and arts practitioner dedicated to advancing inclusive, community‑focused music education. She holds a Master’s Degree in Music Education from the Royal College of Music, London, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Psychology and Neuroscience at King’s College London, strengthening her interdisciplinary work in music, cognition, and human development.

After returning to Hong Kong, Monique devoted her career to music education across the lifespan, from early childhood learning to community music facilitation and teacher training, with strong emphasis on creativity, accessibility, and social impact. In 2013, she founded Music Children@Sham Shui Po and later established the Music Children Foundation (MCF), a registered charity providing free, high‑quality music education to underprivileged children and families.

Beyond education, Monique curates concerts and leads interdisciplinary workshops integrating live music, multimedia, and visual arts, exploring music as a medium for emotional regulation, social connection, and community empowerment.

An experienced actress who graduated from the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts majoring in acting, Annike is currently teaching at Hong Kong Baptist University – Academy of Film as a guest lecturer. She is passionate about acting, education, and training the next generation to develop their performing arts.

She also received an Executive Master of Arts in Arts Management and Entrepreneurship at The Education University of Hong Kong. As the Executive Director of Music Children Foundation, she focuses on contributing to society with professional music education and developing Music Children Foundation (MCF) to extend its services to more districts in Hong Kong.

Michael Leung brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the motor trade industry. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Zung Fu Company Limited, the authorised distributor of Mercedes-Benz in Hong Kong and Macau, and as Chairman of The Motor Traders Association of Hong Kong. He continues to support the industry as Secretary General of MTA in a consultancy capacity.

Michael now contributes his strategic and operational expertise to the Music Children Foundation (MCF). Committed to expanding access to music and arts education, he focuses on strengthening partnerships, supporting sustainable growth, and helping create meaningful opportunities for young people in the community.
