I believe that we all can live a life of our choice to the fullest. Only we stop stereotyping ourselves and have the courage to step out of our comfort zone to face new challenges with perseverance, we will be able to discover new horizons.

About me:

  • At a young age I had a dreadful stammer. Having practised industriously and participated in many public speaking I won the first place in the Hong Kong Macau impromptu speech competition in 2017
  • I failed to advance to higher grades 3 times during my secondary years at school, and I was once advised to change school by my teacher. Today I am the author of a best seller book “堅馳人生”, sharing my struggles and experience with positive messages, to encourage others to become a better self
  • I have a passion for triathlon and stamina sports competitions. Not only it trains the physical fitness it also trains stamina and perseverance, and more importantly to achieve breakthroughs

I will be participating in the Ride Across Britain (R.A.B.) this September, cycling from Lands End south of England to John O’Groats of Scotland. It starts on 7 September covering 1,577 kilometres in 9 days (average 175-180 kilometres per day). The roads will be undulating and sometimes uneven hence posing a huge demand to physical fitness and stamina of which I need to fully prepare myself for this challenge. Coupled with the ever-changing UK weather the uncertainties ahead abound.

Your encouragement and support to my endeavour is greatly appreciated.
In addition, I am helping Music Children Foundation to raise fund through this challenge for the underprivileged people in Hong Kong.

My life philosophy shares the same values with the vision and missions of Music Children Foundation. A paradigm change in MCF’s service is taking place where the beneficiaries are now becoming promoters of service to others in need; requite the society with the blessings they received in the past decade. Please support the music children as you support my pursuit of challenges.
