Music Forest Fun Day 2026

Terms & Conditions:

1. The event is suitable for children aged 3 or above. Children aged 12 or below must be accompanied by at least one adult.
2. Each registrant must be 18 years old or above. A maximum of 4 tickets may be requested per registration.
3. Each ticket admits one person only. A valid confirmation email or QR code must be presented upon entry.
4. The “Music Forest Concert” is free seating; seats are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
5. Eating, drinking, and any unauthorized audio recording, photography, or video recording are prohibited during the “Music Forest Concert”.
6. For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the activities room or at concert venues.
7. Booth game availability is limited. Participants must follow on‑site instructions for queuing and waiting.
8. Participants must follow the instructions of event staff at all times to ensure safety and order.
9. Participants are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings and supervising any accompanying children throughout the event. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or accidents that may occur.
10. Dangerous items, glass containers, or any objects that may cause disturbance are not allowed inside the venue.
11. The organiser reserves the right to adjust event arrangements due to weather, venue conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to programme changes, suspension, or cancellation.
12. The organiser reserves the right of final decision.
