Music Forest 2024
18 Feb 2024
“Music Forest 2024” Fun Day organized by Music Children Foundation concluded successfully on February 18th with an overwhelming response and attendance with the venue fully packed. This was the first fun extravaganza organized by MCF. Despite certain unforeseeable events turned up – much ado about nothing, the event was very well appreciated by the visitors, both parents and children. We were glad to see their enthusiasm and active engagement in games, filling the venue with joy and family vibes.
During the opening performance, the “animals” of the Music Forest made their appearances one by one, with each “animal” representing a musical instrument. MCF’s graduates showcased and demonstrated the unique sounds of various instruments. Towards the end children were invited to participate in games on stage, letting the audience to explore the wonderful world of “Music Forest” together.
A dedicated section of the venue was set-up with booths to let children try out instruments from the four major musical families where they could play, experience, and explore the sounds of different instruments. The rest of the venue was set-up with various music-related game booths. Parents and children were able to gain better understanding of music through the games. The children returned home with abundant gifts and everyone enjoyed a delightful afternoon.
We sincerely appreciate the support of the following volunteer groups who helped made “Music Forest” a success. We will continue our efforts to use music as a bridge to connect with the community, and we look forward to the next gathering!
